For  year 3 of the FS Pilot, a re-assignment and re-organisation of responsibilities and support materials has taken place. The QCDA now hosts the QCA FS information, http://www.qcda.gov.uk/6062.aspx 
and a new combined FS Support Programme website has been created at:
