Weeks 1 and 2

The children have enjoyed finding out about their new school.

Week 3

The children brought their teddy bears to school. They talked about them to the class and painted pictures of them.

Week 4

We found out about real bears. We created our own bears using paint or collage.  

Week 5

We have listened to the story of 'The Little Red Hen'. We practised writing our names with correct letter formation. On 'Book Day' the children looked fantastic in their costumes.  We went on a bear hunt around the school and found a bear (Mr Thomas) hiding in his cave.

Week 6

For the next two weeks our focus will be Autumn.
