Welcome to the Swindon Visualiser Project
A visualiser is a camera on a long, flexible arm attached to a computer. If this is attached to a projector, it enables large numbers of people to see whatever is underneath, whether, an object, text or an action. So, is this a useful tool in primary schools? Does it enhance pupils' motivation and raise standards? What should schools consider when investing? In the Autumn Term 2009, six Swindon teachers volunteered to test a visualiser in a specific area of the curriculum. Click on the links below to read their findings.
