Our cross country team entered the
Swindon
cross country competition in November 2009. They had to run more than a mile, beginning with a lap of
Lydiard
Park
and finishing in the grounds of
Greendown
School
.
There were two races…one for boys and one for girls… with about 50 runners in each race from 9 schools across the town.

entrants won the boys’ race and came 1st and 3rd in the girls’ race.
What fantastic results….well done!
