The Children's Education Advisory Service (CEAS)
Children's Education Advisory Service is a Tri-Service organisation funded by the MOD. It was established to provide information and support to Service families and eligible MOD civilians on all aspects of the education of their children in the UK and overseas. CEAS provides information and advice as well as supporting parents at meetings with schools, local authorities, at tribunal etc. No question is too small or too large for them to deal with. If they don't know the answer they usually know someone who does! Please find the link to their website in the weblinks box on the right.
SSAFA Forces Help has been serving the Armed Forces and their families for well over a 100 years and their work is as vital today as it has ever been. Their continually evolving support services are driven by the current needs of the Service community. They are particularly relevant in today's high pressure military environment, where our contemporary veterans and serving personnel alike often experience different problems from the soldiers, sailors and airmen of earlier conflicts. Reservists too, heavily engaged in current operations, have equal call on their services.
