Under the leadership of the Quality Assurance Adviser (Performance and Research), the service produces a wide range of statutory and non-statutory statistics and performance indicators. It provides returns for corporate monitoring of performance; comprehensive audits and analyses to inform strategic planning; and monthly performance data to enable close monitoring of service delivery and effectiveness in relation to early intervention and the common assessment framework processes, for child protection and children in care, and for the performance of settings and schools.
