Class 1 is run by Mr Reilly and Mrs Williamson. It is a teaching base that supports statemented children with emotional and behavioural difficulties in their reintegration into mainstream education. Currently there are 9 boys in Class 1. We also has several dedicated teaching assistants who support all the boys and integrate fully into class: Mrs Grizzell, Mrs Gillum and Mrs Lewington.Miss anderson has also joined us on a Thursday for Art.
In class 1 the pupils have full access to the curriculum and they are fully supported by staff.

Last academic year, we have been working with Bath City farm and all the pupils enjoyed feeding and looking after the animals. Hopefully next spring we will be able to resume our fortnightly visits.
Mrs Williamson and Mr Grizzell won Gold at the Bath in Bloom competition 2008. Mrs Williamson has started her Green Fingers club, so fingers crossed for Bath in Bloom 2009.
Mr Gunning form Culverhay Secondary School has organied some swimming sessions for Class 1. We always have a great time and we like to call into Hillier's garden Centre for hot chocolate.
